We have been granted the rights to develop several prime locations along the Yangtze river, one of the largest sites is currently being developed into the Deutscher Industriepark, however there are several smaller sites currently being developed into residential areas.
The planned land area of the first phase of the industrial park is 1500 mu (approximately 1 square kilometer). It is envisaged that subsequent phases will involve land area of a maximum of 3 square kilometres. In addition to this the Nan'an Government also agreed to provide an additional 200 mu (approximately 132,000 sq m) for the construction of supporting amenities for the residents of DIT. Further allocation of land along the Kuxi River for commercial facilities to be constructed by MCH has also been agreed.
MCH has also been appointed as the management company for the Deutsche Industrial Town.
One of the residential areas being constructed is to function as a satellite city for the park, and will also contain shops and restaurants for the workers within the factory itself. As these accommodations are being constructed by us here at Murchison they will be equipped with all the latest infrastructure to be capable of running our VoIP and DiTV networks, combined with wifi broadband internet access.
We also have the licences to construct several areas of prime real estate within the city of Chongqing, allowing us to once again develop luxury living apartments equipped with all the infrastructure to utilise our advanced DiTV and VoIP networks. More details on these sites to come as they are finalised.
As Chongqing consists of 31million people there is always a demand for housing, people are constantly moving in from other areas and countries, as well as simply moving house within the city itself. We facilitate these movements by providing high standard living accomodation within the city itself.
