Processing and supplying clean seafood
Oceanic Processors is an Australian seafood processing plant for domestic and Asian consumers. The demand for premium seafood in China has been growing at a phenomenal rate due to the increase in both health awareness and the purchasing power of the Chinese people.
Automobile Manufacture
"The car industry will become one of the most powerful industries in Chongqing, and Chongqing will be the nations 'car and motor city'". At Murchison we plan to make this a reality through our automobile manufacturing factory at the Chongqing Murchison Industrial Park.
Chongqing Overview
Chongqing is a municipality directly managed by the PRC Central Authority in Mid-western China. With a population of 32 million, Chongqing is strategically situated on the southern bank of the Yangtze River, close to land, river and air transport hubs.
Industrial Estate
Our Chongqing Industrial Estate is currently in Phase 1 of development, at this time it occupies one square km and is already housing some of China's best manufacturers in the automobile industry. We are constantly expanding the site in Chongqing to accommodate advanced manufacturers of cars and automobile components.
Residential Developments
The development in Chongqing occupies prime land on the Yangtze river, allowing us to build residential developments to accommodate the rapidly expanding area of Chongqing. The city is growing at a rapid pace and requires massive residential construction over the coming years. Murchison is ready to provide for this need.
Commercial Developments
To couple with the residential developments, we are also beginning work on several commercial developments of bar, restaurant, and shopping areas to facilitate the rise in demand for modern places to relax and be entertained.
